Coherent discourse for the most part but it's easy to correlate events under false flag events (which for some of them I dont doubt) in total absence of any tangible proof other than his numerous high-placed locations.

Summary, for people who don't want to watch the whole thing:

Aliens from another dimension are visiting Planet Earth; world governments have known about these visitations since at least the 1940s, but have been keeping the existence of aliens a secret. Only a very few people "at the top" are aware of the existence of extraterrestrial life - specifically, the people in the "evil" faction of the NWO, predominately Deep State actors like the intelligence community, the military, and non-progressive capitalists. The evil faction of the NWO (which can be opposed by the good, progressive NWO) has both stolen and actively suppressed alien technology; in particular, anti-gravity and the secret of free energy. These technologies are suppressed because 'evil'.

Evil NWO is currently planning a false flag attack. They will use advanced holographic, psychic, and/or mind-control technologies, stolen from the aliens, in order to "fake" a global alien invasion. (also maybe the return of a popular religious figure, like Jesus or Mohammed?) The NWO will use the ensuing confusion to... god, I dunno, declare war on the REAL aliens, and blow them up?

Mr Greer isn't very clear on what is about to happen, or why, but he assures us that it is all very evil, and the biggest problem we will face is racism against aliens. Yes, "racism against aliens". Whether we embrace the aliens or we reject them is the key to everything, moving forward.

In Mr Greer's opinion, people need to learn to be good global citizens. They need to meditate and learn non-violence, they need to trust the benevolence of the aliens, and most of all, they need to support the morally and spiritually-advanced men who constitute the good faction of the NWO (the members of the Disclosure Movement, but more on that later). These enlightened human beings must be empowered to bring the truth about extraterrestrial life to light BEFORE the evil NWO can launch their false flag attacks. If the evil NWO wins, Planet Earth will be united under a single military dictatorship and then led into a devastating galactic war with the aliens. If the good NWO wins, Planet Earth will be united under a single enlightened philosopher-kingdom, and will peacefully coexist with the aliens on a higher spiritual plane-of-being.

As a prominent New Ager and one of the founders of the Disclosure Movement, Dr Greer has a lot of friends in the Hollywood media establishment, the global financial sector, and the government, the most notable of which being the Rockefeller family and the Clintons.

Next time you see an episode of Ancient Aliens being treated as a serious documentary, you can lay a large part of the blame on this fucker.
