So what's the story with gmol anyway? His creepy ranting on that Camille Paglia video ( http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=169897 ) got me there must be something behind his apparent quaking hatred towards transsexuals. You don't rant and rant about 'Transwomen are not women' (as though convincing POETV is going to move the needle of current opinion!) unless you've got some special chip on his shoulder.

I'm guessing a male with extremely 'feminine' mannerisms, so is now obsessed with how butch and MALE his possession of a penis makes him, and it's just gotten more and more under his skin.

Like too many unhappy people in our day, he lets out his misery by hating on his particular bete noir 'safe target' minority group. You can sort of pity him, but not really.

I think you should stop guessing about what's going on in other posters personal lives. Especially when it's entirely speculative.

I gave the video five stars for the actual content. I don't think there's enough evidence to support a lot of what the transgender movement purports. Dr. Paul McHugh of John Hopkins recently made waves by saying that trans surgery is collaborating with and promoting a mental disorder and I agree with him. 70 to 80% of all young children that experience these feelings grow out of them by their teens. Activists in the trans movement routinely ignore ANY reality based facts that make them feel uncomfortable. They aren't biologically going to change sex. A sex/gender change is technically impossible but they don't want to let go of biologically identical label.

Not to mention the cancer rates increase with taking hormone treatment on average.
