There are a lot of these videos but the ones where the performer and audience aren't enthusiastic are by far the best.

Also, Babyland General Hospital is a real country hospital in Georgia that was converted into this thing in the late 70s when the Cabbage Patch Kids thing was really getting in to gear. The whole thing is extremely creepy, this is far from the creepiest part.
