She really should have retired 6-7 years ago when they were certain to replace her with a sane justice.

The Earl Warren retirement debacle is nothing compared to what's in store the next 30 years.

See you all in the forced arbitration corporate labor camps!

EXCERPT FROM HERE:https://www.usnews.com/news/blogs/god-and-country/2009/07/14/ does-ruth-bader-ginsburg-support-eugenics

Ginsburg was responding to a question about access to abortion and a 1980 Supreme Court decision that upheld the Hyde Amendment, which bars Medicaid for funding abortion:

Q: "Are you talking about the distances women have to travel because in parts of the country, abortion is essentially unavailable, because there are so few doctors and clinics that do the procedure? And also, the lack of Medicaid for abortions for poor women?"

JUSTICE GINSBURG: "Yes, the ruling about that surprised me. [Harris v. McRae—in 1980 the court upheld the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of Medicaid for abortions.] Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion...."

It's all you have. You don't even know why you're doing this anymore.

Crackersmack - 2020-09-22

I think that RBG died on purpose to take the forced ICE hysterectomies out of the news cycle; that is how committed she was to eugenics.

Gmork - 2020-09-22

Nobody is dumb enough to believe you when you knowingly lie about rbg or sanger.

Thanks for reaffirming everyone's suspicion that you are absolutely against women's reproductive rights.

Man, get a hobby or kill yourself

Crackersmack - 2020-09-22

lol I've never said anything about Sanger and I had to google her to even know who she was. I support Planned Parenthood and reproductive rights. One of the many reasons why I voted for Bernie was because he was the only Democratic candidate in the primary that supported unrestricted access to abortion.

"Good job bernie bros"

Cena_mark - 2020-09-22

I'd say the Trump cult is to blame.

Nominal - 2020-09-22

Protest voters absolutely deserve blame. I know at least a dozen friend of friend Bernie supporters on Facebook urging everyone to vote 3rd party or not at all in order to "send a message to the Dems".

ashtar. - 2020-09-22

The fact that there's all this rage about 2016 and none of it is directed at HRC et al. for running an incompetent campaign that didn't even bother to campaign in Wisconsin (and, instead, a vicious defense of them from any criticism) is just baffling to me.

Democrats: *suck*
Leftists: maybe you should suck less
Democrats: fuck you
Democrats: *lose election due to sucking*
Democrats: How dare you cost us this election, leftists.

To make a Binro example, Bernie bros are the dwarves in the final Narnia book.

“This memo is intended to outline the strategy and goals a potential Hillary Clinton presidential campaign would have regarding the 2016 Republican presidential field,” it read.

“The variety of candidates is a positive here, and many of the lesser known can serve as a cudgel to move the more established candidates further to the right. In this scenario, we don’t want to marginalize the more extreme candidates, but make them more ‘Pied Piper’ candidates who actually represent the mainstream of the Republican Party,” read the memo.

“Pied Piper candidates include, but aren’t limited to:
• Ted Cruz
• Donald Trump
• Ben Carson
We need to be elevating the Pied Piper candidates so that they are leaders of the pack and tell the press to [take] them seriously."

I mean you live in a cyclic 2 party oligarchy anyway, protest voting is bad only in that it's the bare and stupid minimum

Remember how the 90s was considered the decade of angst?

Looking back, there's probably never been a more worry free decade in modern American history.

ashtar. - 2020-09-23

according to Kierkegaard and Heidegger, angst is feeling bad about nothing in particular, so it's appropriate
