For as good as most of Twilight Zone was, this series was so much more darker and unsettling.

Some of the best production values on a TV series ever. I bring this up all the damn time when discussing sci-fi on TV, but just watch the first episode, "The Galaxy Being." One of the best alien designs in TV history, realized in a way that still looks genuinely unsettling even today. And it has Kirby Dots!
