"doing what Corman does best to decent literature"

What, making it awesome? Poe + Price + Corman = Cinematic gold. I love this movie.

Just an aside, Corman was able to use sets that had been built for another higher budgeted film and were due to be torn down anyways.

But enough of that trivia, this is a seriously great film.
