TRACY SCOGGINS AS TRACY

I had totally forgotten being really into this show when I was 9 years old. Now that I've seen this clip, the only thing I remember about the show was that I liked it back then.

The subtle body language between Scanlon and Marciano and The Renegades pretty much says it all.

Is this entire show nothing but the Renegades walking around and exchanging knowing looks with authority figures?

Because that sounds great.
