I love Chris Matthews. Less Olbermanns, more Matthews, plz.

chumbucket - 2008-08-26

Matthews had some great live moments during the convention Monday night. here he clearly shows off the wenchiness of these Hillary-party poopers

nubilus - 2008-08-26

She has a very chokable neck.

Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-26

I'm for Democrats because they are for human rights. I choke the women who disagree.

Cleaner82 - 2008-08-26

Thank god you're on our team now Billy, to carry out much-needed chokings that the rest of us are too ethical-minded to dispense.

Senator_Unger - 2008-08-26

"We didn't like the way the democratic process played out during the primary." So, do you not like that your candidate lost or do you just dislike democracy in general? Because if it's the latter, that would explain why you're voting for McCain.

RomancingTrain - 2008-08-26

That 4 on their sign looks like Giygas.

Pie Boy - 2008-09-03

YOU CANNOT GRASP THE TRUE NATURE OF POST-FEMINIST HOUSE HAG'S ATTACK!

takewithfood - 2008-08-26

I heard that Obama also caught cooties at that madrasah.

Chalkdust - 2008-08-26

Hey bitches, hear that angry chatter behind you? That's democracy calling you idiots.

Cena_mark - 2008-08-26

Unfortunately tardo, this ain't a democracy. Its a constitutional republic.

Big Name Celebrity - 2008-08-26

Sorry, C_M, but that's the nail in the coffin of your troll-ness. No Cena fan on Earth can correctly spell "constitutional".

You've overplayed your hand, sir.

simon666 - 2008-08-27

maybe he has firefox spell checker

phalsebob - 2008-08-27

YEA FAGGO! That's not a cat it's a tabby!

Cena_mark - 2008-08-27

The founding fathers put rules in place so that psychotic mobs wouldn't run the country. That's what those millions chanting "Obama" are.
And yes I do have the Fire Fox spell checker. But I don't use it that often. You elitist liberals look down upon us wrestling fans, but we are a diverse group spanning all demographics. The only group that doesn't watch wrestling are snobs.

Albuquerque Halsey - 2008-08-27

You know what the weird thing is? Anytime I hear the name "John Cena" I keep thinking it's in reference to "Peter Cetera" (the guy who sang 'Glory of Love') What's the deal with that?

SolRo - 2008-08-27

CM is right guys, pro wrestling as a very diverse fan base...all under 12 years old.

Chalkdust - 2008-08-27

*sigh*

CornOnTheCabre - 2008-08-29

:( I'm an elitist liberal AND a pro wrestling fan AND over twelve years old.

IS THERE NO PLACE FOR ME IN THIS WORLD?!

IrishWhiskey - 2009-03-24

'Our Founders made us a republic to protect us from the ignorance of the unwashed masses. Lots of people like wrestling, only stupid elitists hate it.'

The cognitive dissonance involved there blows my mind. And although I'm sure its been repeated to you before, A REPUBLIC AND A DEMOCRACY ARE NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE. Anyone who says otherwise is either wrong, or using a theoretical definition of the terms that don't reflect their actual applications to government systems.

CornOnTheCabre - 2008-08-26

wait so you wanted Hillary in office, but you dont agree with what is an entirely simple choice on her part to vote for Obama?

why exactly did you women want Hillar- ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

CornOnTheCabre - 2008-08-26

OH SHIT THEY TOLD HIM, NOW HES NEVER GONNA KNOW THE NAME OF THE CONGRESSIONAL SUPERCOP

he shouldve been nicer, now he looks like an idiot

sheikurbouti - 2008-08-26

aparently I don't know how to spell.

Paracelsus - 2008-08-26

Yup. This kind of shit is what made lefty blogs so boring the whole summer. The most childish kind of identity politics, and its attendant backlash.

Thatcher Pennywhistle - 2008-08-26

I have a 17 page report about how you should be my sex slave. I won't tell you who wrote, but believe me Chrissy, they are an authority on the subject.

Binro the Heretic - 2008-08-26

"This came from a congressional investigator!"

"Which one?"

"I'm not going to tell you!"

Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-26

You wouldn't have been happy with her answer if she's pulled the report out of her pocket and did a camera close-up on it. It's not like it's rocket science figuring this kind of crap out.

http://www.ontheissues.org/2008/Barack_Obama_Principles_+_Valu es.htm#Racism_+_Race

Binro the Heretic - 2008-08-26

I don't care who wrote the report. I don't care about the report. I don't need to read the report to know it's a crock of shit written by a nut-job.

The exchange of those three lines is pure comedy gold no matter what the report says or who it's written by.

HarrietTubmanPI - 2008-08-26

Billy, even if he was registered as a Muslim, what is the big deal?

There are extremist Christians just like there are extremist Muslims and there were millions who were killed because they were Catholic for about 1000+ years of European History.

In my opinion religion shouldn't matter unless one is an extremist in that religion. Seeing as how Obama is clearly not an extremist in his faith these points are unmerited.

sheikurbouti - 2008-08-27

Don't you people get it? He won't salute the flag. His middle name is Hussein. He has no birth certificate. He is 'registered' as a Muslim. He is only seeking the presidency so that the moment after he is sworn in he can assassinate himself.

Angel Carver - 2008-08-26

These women NEVER supported Hillary Clinton, or any other democratic candidate. The whole "Hillary Supporters for McCain" story is generally overblown; these ladies are a whole other thing. They are obviously actors, Republican operatives, or freebie, self-employed shills for the pro-McCain Hillary supporters meme.

Or, possibly, just colossal idiots.

anotherdeadhero - 2008-08-26

Urge to kill, rising; year after year.

Caminante Nocturno - 2008-08-26

Spoiled brats in adult bodies with monolithic self-entitlement issues? Yes, I can believe that there are millions of them.

DK1987 - 2008-08-26

Well the Irony Meter just broke.

Caminante Nocturno - 2008-08-27

>:3

Xenocide - 2008-08-26

Some people have an open mind. Not us!

SPOILED SELF-IMPORTANT WHITE BITCHES WITH TOO MUCH FREE TIME FOR MCCAIN!

phalsebob - 2008-08-27

So which candidate is the better man? Well, I don't know anything about that, but I do know who's caused a million cunts to ache.

Aernaroth2 - 2008-08-27

Its like Ann Coulter's long lost twin.

Cleaner82 - 2008-08-27

I can picture them and a handful of others like them crawling out of a swamp, eons ago.

Caminante Nocturno - 2008-08-27

I can imagine Ann Coulter vomiting out a fleshy, vein-covered sack and seeing this woman eventually punch her way out of it.

Shion - 2008-08-27

It makes sense.

I'm going to totally violate the spirit of POE and be thoughtful (wait, CAN one violate POE, wouldn't POE like it if it were on video...?) I'm stealing someone else's argument here, but these are older women who thought Hillery had shown through hard work, seniority and sacrifice that she deserved the presidency. However, young, attractive, less experienced upstart *man* waltzes in and yanks the nomination out from under her.

The identical scenario has probably happened to them in their careers enough times to seriously piss them off (its happened to me once or twice too). They're pissed enough to ignore issues entirely and vote the retribution ticket.

Ok, I'll go redeem myself by commenting on some kitten videos.

Knuckles - 2008-08-27

We understand all that dude. None of it changes the fact that voting for "retribution" -- when our nation's economy, infrastructure, security, and standing in the world, among other things, all teeter on the brink of destruction -- is the most insanely childish and self-absorbed thing someone can possibly do. These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. To put their own spite ahead of everyone's well-being... the mind boggles.

Cleaner82 - 2008-08-27

Or maybe it's just that time of the month, eh Shion? I mean am I right? Eh? Eh?

Shion - 2008-08-27

Kuckles, you understand that MA'AM, thanks.

Eh, the world won't implode if the Republicans win any more than we'll be doing calisthenics in front of our vidscreens every morning if the Democrats win.

Actually I think the most insanely childish and self-absorbed thing someone can possibly do is participate in an anti-capitalist rally wearing a Hot Topic trench coat, then forget to vote.

Cleaner - yeah, it totally is. Others get all weepy, I tend to eat really rare steak while yelling at C-Span.

Cleaner82 - 2008-08-27

Dude and m'am? That doesn't sound right. Technically it's probably 'dudette', but 'dude' is asexual these days.

Knuckles - 2008-08-27

Yes I typed dude without thinking, I don't usually use it with respect to girls but I consider it a generally gender neutral term. Sorry.

Anyway. Even if you don't think so much rides on this election, Clinton's rhetoric certainly painted that picture. Not to mention the fact that her platform was diametrically opposed to McCain's (and nearly identical to Obama's). If her die-hard supporters are willing to completely disregard every substantive issue and policy at stake in this election, in favor of some vengeful spite-vote, fuck them. They are children in adult bodies. I can understand Clintonites feeling disappointment, even anger -- this was the greatest political upset in recent history. But this behavior doesn't help anyone.

SolRo - 2008-08-27

WE WONT VOTE FOR A CANDIDATE THAT SHARES 95% OF THE POSITIONS OF HILARY CLINTON, BECAUSE HE IS A MAN (or black, guess which one!), AND WILL INSTEAD VOTE FOR THE OTHER MAN!

I blame this entirely on stupid-american-voter syndrome, they managed to catch enough hilary ads between bitching and their increasingly alchoholic husbands and working -hard- to get their realistate licence (so they can prove how smart they really are!), and got so fucking enamored with hilary based on knowing no facts whatsoever. Then went on a mad google quest to find batshit justifications for their hatred of that evil election stealing negro!

fermun - 2008-08-27

Didn't I see this woman on The Daily Show tonight?

StanleyPain - 2008-08-27

Most of these people, especially the higher profile ones that get on the news like this, are typically plants. They never actually supported Clinton, but are just pretending so they can slam Obama with a higher profile and know that the act will get them better press.

Randroid - 2008-08-27

Considering the logical leap they're making I'd say this isn't too fantastic.

glendower - 2008-08-27

For groups like this, Obama is the feared dark-skinned "other" who threatens homogeneous white culture. I can't see this as issues-based, since Obama and Clinton had pretty similar positions on most issues. They might as well have signs saying 'white person for president."

Camonk - 2008-08-27

"Someone like me will never vote for someone like him." Right. Gotcha. You're a racist cunt. Thanks for explaining that.

heyitslozeau - 2008-08-27

god this is the most retarded shit ever. fuck these cunts. I worked for the Obama campaign for awhile and the Clinton supporters were the most ignorant and hateful people.

1) there is no such thing as a "registered muslim"
2) there is a report done by a congressional report that proves it BUT IM NOT TELLING YOU WHO WROTE IT.
3) anyone who would not vote for someone that had near identical policy points and is endorsed by their candidate and instead vote for the polar opposite to make some butthurt retarded point should have their right to vote taken away, it not to be used like pissy little children.

bluiker - 2009-09-06

Obama claims to be a registered Muslim Springer, but he keeps his AKC papers in a vault and won't let anyone see them.

Nominal - 2019-12-01

8 years later we'd get pissy children Bernie fans.

zatojones - 2008-08-27

hehehe dummies

Crucifried - 2008-08-29

It's really sad that, had Chris Matthews said "Why does it matter if he was a 'registered muslim'?", he would look like the one who was stupid and out of touch to most of the country.

eatenmyeyes - 2008-09-24

Chris Matthews is a fucking hero for not shattering this woman's Zygomatic.
