Oh man, the one at the end who sees a ton of other cars make it, and the guy who patiently waits for him.

mantang0 - 2008-12-17

This is why automatics suck.

Enjoy - 2008-12-18

1:08 - husband moves wife to passenger seat for 2nd attempt

Cap'n Profan!ty - 2008-12-18

If it had been you, you'd have put her in the backseat.

kingarthur - 2008-12-18

Good eye.

Frank Rizzo - 2008-12-18

looks like it worked

Camonk - 2008-12-18

Oh come on, Enjoy is too smart to let her in the driver's seat in the first place.

Charles - 2009-03-30

Actually, that car just kind of backed away and disappeared forever. probably drove into the Willamette and drowned

Herr Matthias - 2008-12-18

It's "Yakety Sax".

kiint - 2008-12-18

y'know, I kinda like "Wacky Sax"

Frank Rizzo - 2008-12-18

ITS WACKITY!

simon666 - 2008-12-18

Your mom has whacky sax, now change the tag!

Ageusiatic - 2008-12-18

The Yakety Sax is far past it's prime. It started a good six years ago on the SA forums, complete with the "It makes everything funny" part. When will people learn that there is no ultimate, undying comedy exists? You can run anything into the ground if you repeat it enough.

On top of that, the video itself is pretty bland, considering youtube is filled with clips of icy days featuring a dozen wrecks in a few minutes.

Randroid - 2008-12-18

I bet someone wrote a screed like this and published it in the London Times after Benny Hill was cancelled.

Also, Tribute.avi

Ageusiatic - 2008-12-18

Tribute.avi was actually funny because it was when the whole trend was still fresh, and it was the real test for that music making something funny. My point is, we're six years past that, and people still think that yakety sax is still a "make it funny" button.

Hooker - 2008-12-18

Five for crying.

Jimmy The Headless Frog Boy - 2008-12-18

Corrected, as per your request.

craptacular - 2008-12-18

they're like ants

fluffy - 2008-12-18

That almost looks like fun.

Caminante Nocturno - 2008-12-18

I want to believe that this road was designed specifically for this to happen.

glasseye - 2008-12-18

Snow isn't normal here (once every couple of years or so,) and it's hilly everywhere.

And it's *icy* not *icey* FFS.

Jimmy The Headless Frog Boy - 2008-12-18

Corrected. Sheesh - two spelling errors in one submission - I gotta think more.

Charles - 2009-03-30

My first thought: "Wouldn't it be funny if this were Portland?" then the streetcar went by.
Also: Yay for reading tags

Chancho - 2008-12-18

Most of those were SUVs.

zatojones - 2008-12-18

Yeah I noticed that too. Hilarious.

Ouroboros - 2010-05-25

I lived at the bottom of a hill like this most of my life. It doesn't really matter what you drive, pretty much anything CAN make it if you know what you're doing. Which is why we've got SUVs making it half way and sedans passing them without trouble.

Knuckles - 2008-12-18

Even God puts his videos of people doing dumb stuff on the internet.

TeenerTot - 2008-12-18

I was shocked (and delighted) that nobody got hurt!

Longshot- - 2008-12-18

5 stars for drug deal at 0:33

kwash - 2010-08-10

One day, I swear to god, I will manage to link the "December 15th 2008" tag.
