The beginning could really have been read aloud, or somehow truncated. Pretty interesting, though. Yakuza are always scary.

Okay so they walled off half the building, and it has all sorts of weird mazelike passages which was then bought for hundreds of millions by a company that doesn't exist...that's not suspicious at all!
