Alright, wikipedia is of no help on this one. All I can figure out is that some guy's being prosecuted and teabaggers are calling it "unconstitutional," which doesn't surprise me, given that they also think movies with sad endings are unconstitutional.
Long story short:
There was a guy on YouTube who made a bunch of videos with a stupid skull mask talking about how we need to kill people in the government and start a revolution and all that cowardly "do this for me" tea party bullshit. His handle was July4Patriot.

Soon after his tiny bit of e-fame, he was arrested on charges of possessing illegal weapons (I don't know the full details) and child rape. He was acquitted of the weapons charges a few days ago, but is still to go on trial for the child rape for which his bail was raised to 0,000.
THe nutbag militia people he is in bed with have been making death threats to members of the court, journalists reporting on the case, and illegally revealed the identity of the 7 year old girl who was the victim in the case, all anonymously of course.
