You didn't like when they asked what prize he wanted at the end, and they pretended he ordered another container? I thought that was a pretty good punchline. Although they were certainly not talking to an executive or anyone who has anything to do with the company's shitty service, I still think it's hilarious.
It's great, but it feels wrong to frustrate the security guard, who isn't responsible for his crap company's crap service. Dude's got the patience of a saint.
