Side note: Andre the Giant was quite possibly the greatest drinker who ever lived. At one point he downed 119 bottles of beer in under six hours. When he was undergoing surgery, his anesthesiologist asked how much it took to get Andre asked and he stated “It usually takes two liters of vodka just to make me feel warm inside.”
Yeah, one of the related videos says "Andre the Giant drinks 156 beer in one sitting". So yeah. Ouch. I guess that makes all the other alcoholics out there feel like underachievers.
On year, Hulk Hogan got Andre the Giant a dozen bottles of wine for his birthday. Maybe an hour later, Andre had downed all of them and had to stop the tour bus to take a piss. (The bus had a bathroom, but Andre wouldn't fit in it.)
Which reminds me of another story about the time Andre couldn't fit in the bathroom in his Japanese hotel room, so he called Hogan's room and, laughing, asked him to come down and see what he'd done on his bed.
