Pretty sure most people with ferraris and rolls royces in Lithuania are doing more than just violating parking laws; there's something else going on here. People probably appreciate what he's getting at.
Also: If you see someone in a luxury car in a formerly communist state in Europe that someone is involved in organised crime and/or a corrupt politician or the progeny of a corrupt politician.
Yeah, I was going to say something along those lines. If I were him, I would ride that tank to work from now on because those cars probably belong to people who consider themselves above the law (as demonstrated by their parking habits).
Not that there is anything lawful about destroying a car for a parking offense, but I agree with what baleen said.
