Merzbau - 2010-02-28
I have yet to see this movie, and some people whose opinion I respect have been unimpressed, but this is a pretty strikingly shot sequence and uses my favorite Walker song, so: submitted for your approval.

I'm still not sold on late-period (i.e. post-4) Walker. Remind me to watch this again when I'm not hungover.

Merzbau - 2010-02-28 You're missing out- even if you don't like the ultra-dark, abrasive stuff (Tilt, Pola X, The Drift), Scott's four tracks from Nite Flights (and Climate of Hunter) are essential.

Sounds like a Frank Zappa 45 played at 33.
Looks like a training class at the Stormtrooper academy.

Syd Midnight - 2010-02-28 I can hear it, it's just missing a saxophone.

BIlly Mays Here - 2010-02-28
Some of the scenes dragged on way too long, but I'll be damned if this wasn't gorgeously-shot and lots of fun.

You people have taken self-satisfied title-dropping to new fucking heights.

This movie is fantastic.

Great scene, but the Scott Walker isn't timed as it was in the film and this new timing is all wrong. Recent Refn movies are precise when it comes to music. As a hipster, you should know that.
