This group of machines wanted badly to win favor with their master. They practiced for hours, and learned what they thought was his favorite song. When he walked through the front door after coming home from work, they began playing. He listened, quizzically, and remarked, "Yeesh, that sounds really flat and off. Who programmed them to do this? Was my house broken into?" He then walked into his parlor, turning the room with the machines's lights off behind him. He began using his laptop and watching tv as the robots sat there, in silence.
Most people think robots don't feel sadness or depression. Most people are wrong.

I actually saw them perform this live, though. So I've got that going for me. They also brought along a Tesla coil, and some drunken bozo had to be tackling after making a move to touch it.
