In another video of him wth a similar setup (and some very rough youtube caption translations), he seemed to be standing barefoot on a conductive plate that was itself plugged into a guitar amp. So when he touches a screen, the electrical signal from the TV goes through his body and into the amp. The signals on the TV effect the signal that reaches the amp.

Or if not a conductive plate, some kind of cable clipped to his skin.

There is at least one video where he also has "backing tracks" in the form of TV's playing a noise pattern with guitar cables taped to the screen.

Thats pretty cool!

My theory was that that is just the sound TVs make when they scream in pain.
