Way to paint yourself into a corner there Rush.
Also: Marie Antoinette tag is a beautiful addition.

Weird seating, but so long as healthcare is "just another service", Limbaugh's line is sound. Why work hard to make Capital more wealthy if you could work less hard and still see your children live? Will no one think about the millionaires?

Rush is an asshole but he at least knows what he's talking about. Shatner sounds like he doesn't even understand what the debate is about.
Still 5 for surreal.

fatatty - 2009-12-03 I didn't say I agree with him. He's is on the side of rationing based on income. It's a valid argument, just an evil one.

IrishWhiskey - 2009-12-03 In an economic depression, it's critical to allow the generators of capital, the rich, full access to their income. These people create the jobs everyone else depends on. Giving that capital to people who are leeching off public welfare means that instead of letting old, sick people die, we're killing America. And without us, the world would be overcome by Islamic theocracy and Chinese communism in a year.
That's not me mocking Rush by the way, that almost a word for word quote I heard from a senior law firm partner just a few days ago. He's also active in state Republican politics.

And none of you are asking how or why such a pairing happened.

Why have they seated Limbaugh and Shatner in a makeout chair? This is disturbing as far as seating arrangements go.

If you have money you're going to live in a house on the beach, if you don't have money you are going to die on the streets when the shelter claims your poverty is a pre-existing condition. That's the difference.
