More proof that we can't help reading the expression of other people, making assumptions subconciously, which results in an empathic reaction, even if it's not really the appropriate one.
That's what won me over as well. Just a happy-go-lucky kind of guy who never had need for "licenses" and "not buying the wrong drugs." A real doctor is too busy helping people and shit to worry about pieces of paper and bits of plastic.
