Apparently the racists do indeed own a restaurant called Bergie's on the same block. Past racist acts along with some convictions came to light and people began boycotting the location.
The police did not arrest the fruit stand, simply asked them to move locations and get a written permit. The community helped them secure a permit and they've had a line around the corner every day since right in front of Bergie's.
