It's rare that I go a week without seeing somebody smoking fent on the link or shooting up at a bus stop. No idea why it's like this here but not Boston. @sputum, you get used to it. I've personally seen maybe a dozen fires IRL; I think there were almost 400 last year alone. The city has massively failed on mental health and housing. You just have to learn to not care. Or to put it better: Not caring will learn you.
