Claiming the actions of those involved in manufacturing anything as "voluntary," as if they were all equals or at least had equal information about what was going on, is laughable in the extreme.

Resources exist to be consumed. And consumed they will be, if not by this generation then by some future. By what right does this forgotten future seek to deny us our birthright? None I say! Let us take what is ours, chew and eat our fill.
Really, it'd be no trouble at all for me to make you a pencil, CEI. It's a hell of a lot more difficult to manufacture an old growth forest. But I understand, sometimes it's hard to see the forest through the pencils.
The best part for me is that all its fancy diagrams and data-representation-sort-of-looking-like animations are totally meaningless and are merely bright sparkly window dressing. Obviously they know their target audience.. The hopelessly ignorant.
